Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate-Senior Level)

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

Overview
Our client is a well-established general contractor based in Warrington, delivering Design & Build projects across the commercial and industrial sectors. They are looking to appoint an Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing growth across a strong pipeline of work. The role will be split between the office and live sites, with occasional working from home available when required.
Project Details
* Sectors: Hotels, Industrial Units, Commercial Builds (no residential)
* Project Values: £1m - £10m
* Procurement: Design & Build / General Construction
* Typical workload: 2-3 projects concurrently
Key Responsibilities
* Full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account
* Preparing and managing cost plans, budgets, and cash flows
* Procurement and management of subcontract packages
* Valuations, variations, and change control
* Monthly cost reporting and financial forecasting
* Final accounts and commercial close-out
* Liaising with site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in line with contractual requirements
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Intermediate to Senior level experience within general construction / D&B
* Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* IT literate, with good working knowledge of Excel
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively between office and site environments
