Job Summary
As our group continues to expand across the specialist property and commercial finance sector, we're looking for an exceptional Commercial and/or Property Finance Broker to join our team. Duties
* Source and structure finance solutions for commercial property acquisitions, developments, and bridging requirements.
* Advise clients on invoice finance, asset finance, and other funding options to meet their business needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, introducers, and professional networks.
* Leverage relationships with introducers to originate new lending opportunities.
* Assess applications and package documents for submission.
* Approach lenders for Agreements in Principle and underwritten offers.
* Prepare and present tailored finance proposals, negotiate terms, and liaise with underwriters to secure approvals.
* Ensure regulatory compliance, including robust use of CRM systems to document customer interactions.
* Manage applications through to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Stay updated on market trends, lender criteria, and emerging finance products to provide informed advice.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial finance brokerage or a similar role.
* Proven expertise in commercial property finance and bridging loans.
* Working knowledge of invoice finance, asset finance, and other business funding solutions.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage complex transactions.
* Excellent understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
* Tenacious, persuasive, and driven to overcome obstacles and close deals.
