?? Role: Service Manager
?? Location: Hackney (with remote & flexible working options)
?? Salary: £40,000 £45,000
What youll be doing: Leading the day-to-day operations of a brand-new supported living service.
Ensuring compliance with all CQC standards and regulations .
Managing staff rotas, performance, and development.
Overseeing assessments, care plans, and risk management.
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Driving continuous improvement, audits, and reporting directly to senior leadership.
Playing a hands-on role in developing a safe, empowering, and person-centred environment.
What were looking for: ?? CQC Registered Manager status (or ability to register).
?? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
?? Experience managing a regulated care service.
?? Strong understanding of safeguarding, mental capacity, and medication management.
?? A passionate leader who can inspire, coach and develop staff.
