Nursery Deputy Manager - Full Time / Permanent
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire (PE21)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, shift-based between 7:00am - 6:00pm
Start Date: As soon as possible

The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the Nursery Manager, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the setting while maintaining high standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
The Role:
As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:
* Support the Nursery Manager in the overall leadership and management of the nursery
* Take responsibility for the nursery in the Manager's absence
* Lead, inspire, and support staff to deliver outstanding early years provision
* Ensure the nursery meets all EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
* Contribute to staff training, development, and performance management
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
* Has previous experience within a nursery setting
* Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Is confident, organised, and passionate about early years education
* Has excellent communication and leadership skills
