Role Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of personal and trust tax clients, including complex and high-net-worth individuals
* Reviewing tax returns and other work prepared by junior team members
* Providing proactive and cost-effective tax advice that meets both client needs and regulatory requirements
* Assisting in training, coaching, and mentoring less experienced team members
* Supporting the day-to-day management of the personal tax team
* Conducting research and drafting private client and employment tax advice
* Liaising with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service
* Working closely with Senior Management and Partners to refine processes and improve efficiency

Candidate Requirements
* CTA qualified or qualified by experience
* At least four years’ post-qualification experience in Personal Tax
* Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance and advisory work
* Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
* Excellent time management skills to meet multiple deadlines
* Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
* Exposure to tax advisory work (desirable but not essential)
* Knowledge of other taxes (beneficial but not required)
