Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Team Member Support to join our dynamic team here at Kynd at Hampton Manor. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional support for our section leads and assist in curating individual and memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties
* Welcome and seat guests warmly, managing table plans, introducing menus and answering any initial questions.
* Maintain tables by clearing, resetting, and ensuring overall presentability
* Polish and prepare glassware, cutlery, tableware to a high standard ensuring your team has the equipment needed.
* Running drinks and dishes to tables and be able to explain tableside and answer any questions with confidence.
* Assist with payments including handling bills and payments accurately.
* Support the team by communicating guests needs.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable, but a positive attitude to learn is paramount.
* Strong communication skills with staff and guests and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help others.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
* A reliable mode of transport to and from the restaurant.

Rate of pay dependant on age.
Tips will be paid on top of your base pay. We add a 12.5% service charge to all our bills.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
