Head Baker - Small Boutique Hotel Group
We're looking for a skilled and creative Head Baker to lead the bakery team within a small, boutique hotel group (3 small sites) in Central London. You'll be responsible for recipe development, daily production, quality control, and leading a small team to deliver outstanding breads, pastries, and baked goods across our restaurants, hotels, and event spaces. This role offers the chance to bring your own ideas to the table, shape menus, and make a real impact in a dynamic hospitality group.
We're after someone who:
Loves bread, pastry, and all things dough
Brings energy, creativity, and consistency to every shift
Has experience managing production, developing recipes, and leading a bakery team
Wants to innovate and put their stamp on menus while keeping quality at the core
What you'll be doing:
Creating and testing new recipes that showcase your creativity
Running daily production and ensuring every loaf, pastry, and bake is spot on
Leading and inspiring your bakery team with a supportive, hands-on style
Overseeing stock, equipment, and costs to keep things running smoothly
Collaborating with chefs and managers to develop menus and seasonal specials
Maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards
