Main tasks and responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain and strong pipeline of new business leads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and evaluate competitive landscape.
• Prepare and conduct qualification calls with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and Sales team to share feedback on industry trends and developments that impact our strategies and offerings.
• Navigate complex organizational hierarchies to identify key decision makers within target organizations.
• Achieve or exceed assigned lead qualification targets and performance metrics.
Key requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' of experience in business development or sales roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to develop strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
