We are seeking a Business Administrator (South) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the region, ensuring the effective coordination of services for staff, athletes and partners. This is a key role within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary performance environment. You will oversee regional office systems, support financial administration, and ensure compliance with governance and health & safety requirements — helping to create the operational foundation that enables world-class athlete support. What you’ll be doing: Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support across the South region Managing regional office systems and ensuring effective processes are in place Supporting financial administration, tracking and reporting Ensuring compliance with governance, policy and health & safety standards Coordinating services across HR, IT, finance and facilities Acting as a central point of contact within the region Supporting athlete preparation and staff performance by ensuring smooth, efficient operations You’ll work closely with Site Administrators, Sports Services Officers, Regional Sport Services Managers and national teams to ensure consistency and high-quality delivery across all operational processes.
