Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Gloucestershire, Salary - £40K - £50K DOE. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a tight-knit team where you will be able to take ownership of an existing caseload of residential and some commercial property matters.

\n• Manage your own caseload covering the full range of residential property transactions.
\n• Handle a small element of commercial property work as part of your caseload.
\n• Take full ownership of files and manage matters confidently from initial instruction through to completion.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\n• Experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property work.
\n• Proficient in handling all types of residential property matters.
\n• Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
\n• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
