This international property and construction consultancy works with some of the UK's leading developers, investors and occupiers, delivering office, residential, hotel, industrial and retail projects.
As part of strategic expansion in their Bristol office, they currently seek a Director - Head of Project Management to lead their existing project management team, drive client relations and oversee the successful delivery of a high-quality project portfolio.

What you'll bring
* 10+ years' experience within project management consultancy
* Track record acting as project manager on private sector projects
* Current or prior exposure to the Bristol market is beneficial
* Leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
* Strong client-facing and business development skills
* Chartered status preferred (MRICS or equivalent)
* Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness
