We are looking for active Fully Qualified Tutors based in Old Bolingbroke (or the surrounding areas) to engage and excite students with innovative tuition techniques. Making these relationships, built on trust and understanding, can turn a child’s life around: we want that to be you.

Responsibilities
Engage and excite students with innovative tuition techniques. Build relationships with students and families based on trust and understanding. Help students progress academically and professionally by fostering motivation and independence.
Requirements
* A desire to promote and encourage, as well as motivate themselves.
* An excellent grasp and understanding of the English Language.
* An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (via the update service) or willingness to purchase one via TP Tutors (support for obtaining one can be provided).
* A strong subject knowledge of the specialism and curriculum of your choice.
* Experience of working with children/young people with SEND, SEMH and other additional needs.
* GCSE delivery experience (Desirable) and UK Delivery experience (Essential).
* Professional references from your two most recent employers, totalling 24 months from a 10-year career history.
Pay and Benefits
The pay for Fully Qualified Tutors is £25-30 per hour. It is desirable for applicants to hold a full UK driving licence as a selection of the pupils will need to be tutored within their home/at a local library.
