Job Description
TRIbuild Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Gateman / Civils Operative for a long-term position at Pembrook Sub Station. The role will involve site access control alongside general civils duties, working within a high-security substation environment where safety and compliance are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Controlling and monitoring access to the substation site
Signing in and out all personnel and visitors
Ensuring strict adherence to site security and health & safety procedures
Managing vehicle and plant movements safely
Assisting with civils works as required
Operating plant when necessary
Reporting hazards, incidents, or breaches immediately
Essential Requirements
CP NSI 6-8 Full (mandatory)
CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper or Ride On Roller
3-Day First Aid at Work
2-Day HSG47
Valid CSCS Card
Previous experience working on substations or similar high-security sites
Strong safety awareness and good communication skills
