Core Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Work with sales to identify, understand, and document customer needs and pain points. Solution Design: Develop and tailor technical solutions from the company's offerings to meet specific client requirements. Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and presentations to prospects. Proposal Support: Provide technical expertise for RFPs, RFIs, and other sales documentation. Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with technical knowledge, market insights, and strategy. Customer Engagement: Act as a technical point of contact, building relationships and guiding clients through the evaluation phase. Product Feedback: Relay customer feedback and market insights to product development and technical teams. Handover: Ensure a smooth transition of the client and project details to the delivery/implementation team after a sale.
