Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or home care settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal Support Worker will possess strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others. Contract Full-time, Permanent 36 hours 3 x 12 hour shifts. 8-8 shifts Pay: £12.50 - £15.00 Responsibilities fo a Support Worker * Support individuals in following their care plans and maintaining their independence. Caring for the residents at night. * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. * Some cleaning duties at night, laundry and kitchen vegetables prep. * Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions. Skills for a Support Worker * Excellent communication skills in English to interact with residents and their families effectively. * Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
