* Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and act as a key point of contact for recruitment advice and support
* Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and internal talent pools
* Screen candidates fairly and consistently, providing high‑quality shortlists to support inclusive hiring decisions while championing inclusive recruitment practices
* Support employer branding activity, including careers events, university engagement, social media campaigns and referral programmes
* Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to support resource planning, strategic recruitment initiatives and continuous improvement
* Monitor and report on recruitment activity, using data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement

About You

* Experience of working in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
* Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing candidates and stakeholders at all levels
* Working knowledge of recruitment tools and systems (e.g. Oracle or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and a competent user of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK as required

What We Can Offer in Return:

With an impressive order book of over £4.1 billion we are one of the industry’s leading principal contractors, affording you the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects offering you stability as well as the chance to stretch your capabilities and realise long‑held career goals.
