What You’ll Do 6 month fixed term contract based in the iconic Battersea Power Station office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in-office) starting immediately. Organise meetings, travel, and hospitality for EMEA/US colleagues and leadership. Plan and coordinate PED events, hack weeks, and sprints, ensuring seamless execution. Manage product inventory for demonstrations, tradeshows, and internal meetings. Support validation efforts, maintaining a GDPR-compliant tester database. Oversee vendor relationships, procurement processes, and third-party contractor coordination. What You’ll Bring Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in event coordination, vendor management, and procurement systems (Coupa preferred). A proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
