Overview
Line Operative (Nights) at Valeo Foods UK. You will be part of a production line team working to produce products in line with specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. You will support production goals and escalate issues as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
* Production Efficiency: Work as part of a line team to deliver agreed output levels and quality standards, ensuring products are produced according to specifications.
* Team Collaboration: Follow instructions from the team leader and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
* Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all line Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, maintaining a culture of safety. Report any defects or potential defects in equipment promptly.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records as required, documenting production activities and any deviations from standard procedures.
* Continuous Improvement: Highlight opportunities for process improvement and escalate issues to appropriate channels. Work towards improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
