We’re working with a leading regional law firm that is seeking a talented commercial property Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join its highly regarded team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and commercially focused group, with a notable strength in the hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors.
The Role:
You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior Lawyers on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
1. Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
2. Development projects, including pre-let and agreement for lease work
3. Investment and asset management for high-value portfolios
4. Landlord and tenant transactions across a wide range of property types
About You:
5. Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or soon to qualify)
6. 0–3 years’ PQE with a focus or strong interest in commercial property
7. Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
