Responsibilities

* Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining the highest quality.
* Assist in the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
* Follow food safety guidelines and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative suggestions when appropriate.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment.
* Strong culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques.
