Job Description
* Converting enquiries into sales by matching products to customers' needs
* Achieving personal sales targets
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients
* Participating in team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
* Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and the travel industry trends
* Resolving any customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Assisting in the development of promotional materials and strategies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Executive should have:
* Proven sales and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for the travel industry and helping customers find their perfect holiday
* The ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Travel experience is desirable but not essential.
