Lloyd West Cumbria Volkswagen & Kia – Apprentice Sales Administrator
Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday
Reporting to the Retailer Accountant, duties will include the following:
* Working closely with Sales Executives and Sales Management to process vehicle invoices, tax cars and register warranty information on vehicles.
* Helping Sales Executives with ownership changes, used car taxing and cherished plate transfers.
* Ensuring all customer data and vehicle records are kept up-to-date, accurate and secure in line with GDPR requirements.
* Maintaining accurate and clean vehicle stock books and reconciling month‑end reports.
* Being competent in registering new vehicles using government RAV (formerly AFRL) systems.
* Managing a high volume of transactions and prioritising workloads.
* Working with other internal and external retailers to process vehicle transfers and new vehicle swaps.
* Working with Sales Management to provide specification details and transfer the correct paperwork with vehicles being traded at auction.
Qualifications
* GCSEs grades 4 or above in English, Maths and one additional subject (or equivalent qualifications).
* Team player.
* Dependable and punctual.
* Ability to operate well under pressure.
