We have a great opportunity for an accomplished Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our clients welcoming team. As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will be supporting customers with property related queries, ensuring systems are updated and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role is full-time, working 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator your key duties will be to:
* Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring compliance with processes, while meeting the needs of vulnerable customers.
* Ensure accurate information is collected and coordinated to meet the required SLAs for repairs.
* Deal with any complaints positively, identifying shortfalls in service delivery and rectifying.
* Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as managers and trade colleagues.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you must have:
* Proven experience within an administrative, scheduling or customer service role
* Excellent communication skills, over the phone and via email
* Strong organisational skills
* Proficient user of Microsoft packages including as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
