To Be Successful, You Will Have Extensive and recent experience working in Community Mental Health Services. Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and experience in provision of evidence-based treatments in community settings. Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills including computer literacy. Demonstrated ability to work with clients from a variety of cultural and ethnic groups. Applicants require a working knowledge of current mental health legislation. The ability to work effectively with other health professionals with a multi-disciplinary team.
