Role Description
This is a part‑time, on‑site HR Advisor role based in Caerphilly. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures, assisting in recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and handling administrative HR tasks. The role includes supporting training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. The HR Advisor will play a key role in maintaining clear communication between employees and management.
Qualifications
* Experience with HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
* Conflict resolution, employee relations, and interpersonal communication skills
* Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is an advantage
* Previous experience working in the food production or manufacturing sector is beneficial
* A proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving capabilities
