A leading emerging markets-focused investment firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its client servicing and investor relations team. The firm manages equity strategies across global emerging markets, and this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals and contribute to the firms client engagement efforts.

* Support the investor relations team in managing relationships with institutional clients, consultants, and prospects.
* Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations, and regular client reporting.
* Coordinate responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and ad hoc client inquiries.
* Maintain and update CRM systems and investor databases.
* Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to ensure accurate and timely communication of strategy updates and performance.
* Help organize investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
Qualifications & Experience
* 2-5 years of experience in a client servicing or investor relations role within asset management, preferably with exposure to emerging market equities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A self-starter with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
