Role Description

This is a full-time, travelling, on-site role. The Park Operations & Development Manager will oversee day-to-day park operations, including staff management, park maintenance, and resident relations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing budgets. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to improve park facilities and services, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing the overall experience for residents and visitors. This position requires strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

· In charge of a minimum of 3 construction ground work projects

· Responsible for inspecting work and issuing a payment certificate

· Ensure that contractors used are qualified and licensed

· Oversee all site
Health and Safety
issues, ensuring adherence to HSE standards

· Initiation of a Project: Before the project starts, a project manager must develop and evaluate the business case to determine if the project is feasible and worth undertaking

· Planning: This includes the project management plan (PMP), a formal, approved document created by the project manager to guide execution and control, as well as set baselines for scope, cost, and schedule

o Communication plan

o Risk management plan

· Execution: implementing project management plans, setting up tracking systems, completing tasks, updating the project schedule, and if necessary, modifying the project plan if necessary.

· Performance and Monitoring: to measure progress and performance and to ensure that items are in line with the overall project management plan

* Closure: This final phase marks the project's completion. To mark the conclusion, project managers may hold a post-mortem meeting to discuss what parts of the project did and didn't meet objectives. The project manager then creates a punch list of any lingering tasks, performs a final budget, and issues a project report.
