Overview
Band 3 Health Care Support Worker roles based at Rothieden Ward, Jubilee Hospital, Huntly. Two permanent positions are available. Both posts are part time, 2 or 3 days per week, with day and night rotation including public holidays and weekends. Hours will be discussed at interview. The Ward is a newly refurbished GP acute/rehab ward providing care to the local community and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate should be a motivated and caring person with a genuine interest in improving the patient’s journey from admission to discharge. The role offers development of new and existing skills in a supportive setting.
Requirements
* At least 2 years’ previous health care experience based within a care setting.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata, with a corresponding increase in hourly rate.
