Join us as a Mortgages Marketing Manager within our Brand, Marketing & Corporate Affairs team. We’ve helped members save for their future and buy their own home since 1875, and you’ll play a big role in making home ownership more accessible for more people, generation after generation.
We’re a purpose-driven organization, and you can contribute to our purpose by delivering mortgage marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across B2B and D2C channels, working with the wider Brand, Marketing and Digital teams.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the mortgage marketing strategy to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention for our products across B2B and D2C channels.
* Plan, implement and track campaigns that align with commercial goals, enhance product visibility, and drive growth.
* Develop engaging campaigns primarily directed at mortgage intermediaries and brokers to support our purpose of broadening access to home ownership.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in B2B marketing in a highly regulated environment; intermediary/broker channel experience is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, paid media, content marketing, affiliate marketing).
* Experience in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention with a proven ability to meet KPIs.
* Strong analytical skills to assess performance data, identify trends, and optimise campaigns.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, media, SEO, and creative teams.
* Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance standards.
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot) is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills to present ideas and campaign results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
