The main objective of the Practice Manager is to execute an effective client management framework, ensuring an exceptional and valuable relationship experience to our clients to ultimately achieve the key account goals of increasing revenue and margin.
Responsibilities:
1. Establishing clear communication channels with clients.
2. Stay updated on accounting regulations and compliance standards.
3. Ensuring that practice adheres to legal and ethical guidelines.
4. Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
5. Encouraging professional development and certification.
6. Developing a marketing strategy to attract new clients.
7. Providing excellent service to retain existing clients.
8. Asking satisfied clients for referrals.
9. Attending industry events and networking functions.
10. Building relationships with other professionals in the field.
11. Staying connected with changes and trends in the industry.
12. Regularly update software and systems to guard against cyber threats.
13. Educating clients on financial matters and accounting processes.
14. Providing resources for clients to better understand their financial situations.
15. Developing a long-term strategic plan for your practice.
16. Identifying growth opportunities and potential challenges.
17. Regularly reviewing and adjusting business strategy as needed.
Requirements:
You are a bachelor/master degree holder or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing or other relevant fields and are looking for a great opportunity to further your career in a commercial, client-centric role.
You have an excellent command of spoken and written English and other languages. You also possess excellent MS office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
You have proven organisational and time management skills, being able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
