Job Overview
We are looking for a experienced Teaching Assistants (TA) to work within our network of schools in South Yorkshire. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing tailored support to students, fostering a nurturing environment, and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students, helping them manage emotions, behaviour and make academic progress.
* Support teachers in delivering lessons and adapt materials to meet student's needs.
* Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviour and emotional stability.
* Track and report on student's emotional, social, and academic progress.
* Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
* Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
