The Role As Client Manager, you will: * Manage a portfolio of clients while mentoring junior colleagues * Prepare financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders * Oversee quarterly VAT returns * Prepare personal and corporate tax computations and returns * Build strong client relationships through direct communication and trusted advice About You * ACA/ACCA/AAT qualified (or qualified by experience) * Proven experience in accounts preparation (IRIS, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar) * Strong organisational skills, proactive and detail-focused * Confident communicator and natural team player * Comfortable with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) What’s on Offer * Competitive salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) * Hybrid working (1–2 days from home each week) * 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday * 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * 5% pension contribution * Long service awards * Free on-site parking * A friendly, supportive culture that values work–life balance
