Overview
Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a 3-month fixed term basis. This is a full-time 37.5 hours per week role based in our Rochdale office.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in the contact centre and help them find a solution, whether that’s processing payments or resolving a query.
* Take inbound calls, process applications, and answer questions from customers.
Person specification
* Experience of handling and resolving difficult situations
* Effective communication and organisational skills
* Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications
* Excellent phone manner
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
