Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Wills & Probate department for a Private Client Lawyer who is keen to manage a high-quality caseload within a busy private client team. This is a key hire and will come with considerable autonomy where you will deal with a varied mix of matters, including:
1. Drafting wills
2. Dealing with probate matters
3. Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
4. Dealing with administration of estates
