A specialist SEMH-focused school in Earley is looking for a proactive Behaviour Support Worker to help pupils develop positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and engagement with learning. You'll be a consistent and trusted presence for students who need structure, boundaries, and encouragement.

Pay: £89-£100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Age Range: 11-18 yearsAs a Behaviour Support Worker, You Will:
Work 1:1 with pupils displaying challenging or disruptive behaviour
Implement behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies
Support emotional regulation and conflict management
Promote positive engagement in lessons and school life
Work closely with Teachers, SENCOs, and mental health professionalsThis Behaviour Support Worker role provides excellent experience for those interested in youth work, psychology, counselling, teaching, or criminal justice and offers a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice.
