In this role, you'll be at the heart of property investment and asset management programmes - ensuring that data is collected, validated, and presented clearly to inform evidence-based decision making. Your work will support initiatives such as housing quality improvement, retrofit and decarbonisation projects, and efforts to tackle climate change and fuel poverty.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience working with data in a housing, public sector, or similarly complex environment
* Confidence using data tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI at an advanced level
* A passion for using data to drive better outcomes for people, homes, and communities
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to a range of stakeholders
