Responsibilities
* Lead Major EIA Projects: Take charge as the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Lead for critical renewable energy projects.
* Craft Comprehensive Documentation: Develop detailed feasibility studies, environmental reviews, and EIA documentation.
* Drive Business Growth: Lead the creation of proposals and tenders, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Provide Expert Advice: Offer guidance on environmental matters to ensure compliance and sustainability.
* Mentor Future Leaders: Support the growth of junior staff, nurturing the next generation of environmental experts.
Qualifications
* Educational Background: BSc degree in a relevant discipline; MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management, or related fields is preferred.
* Professional Credentials: Full membership of IEMA and/or Chartered Environmentalist status, or actively working towards it.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
* EIA Expertise: In-depth knowledge of EIA processes, current methods, legislation, and guidance.
* Project Management Acumen: Strong skills in financial management, program management, and quality control.
