A highly successful global infrastructure services company are looking for a proactive and upbeat Facilities Coordinator to support their London Office in the heart of the city of London.
Hours of work are from 8am-5.00pm. This is a fully office-based role, with a salary of £35,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
* Mail room duties, managing post and deliveries
* Printers, stationery & office supplies
* Food and beverage ordering
* Storeroom managing
* Access and security, escorting contractors
* Floor walks
* General administration, creating permits and Purchase orders
* General porter duties with some heavy lifting.
* Setting up/down meetings – this includes manual handing, moving chairs and tables etc.
* Reporting general office issues
* Mobile phone and sim ordering
