We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Success Advisor to join our client's growing team based in Trafford Park, Manchester. The rate of pay is £25,600 per annum, plus bonus! This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are: - 8am to 5pm Your Time at Work As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support across a range of communication channels. Key Responsibilities: - Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries. - Managing incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Carrying out a variety of outbound calls, from calls to check in to proactive cold call sales calls - Resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. - Liaising with internal teams to follow up on customer requests. - Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
