About the Role
South London Partnership is seeking an experienced Communications and Engagement Lead to make a positive impact on recruitment and retention in the social care sector. You will engage with underrepresented groups, promote access to good jobs, training, and career opportunities, and shape the success of SWL Social Care Workforce projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading multi-channel communication and marketing campaigns, media engagement, conference, and event planning to raise awareness of careers in social care
* Identifying and delivering communication opportunities via partner activities
* Engaging with care providers, employers, workforce, and service users
* Building and strengthening networks
About South London Partnership
SLP is a dynamic team working across Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, and Sutton, focusing on collaboration to enhance influence, funding, and service delivery for residents.
