What you'll do:
Pye Homes is a long-established property developer based in Oxfordshire. Following our acquisition by Blenheim Estate in December 2018, we are entering an exciting period of growth and expansion.
We now have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Host to join our team. Based primarily at our Welbourne development, with occasional travel to other sites, you will be at the heart of welcoming customers and guiding them on their journey to finding a new home. From showcasing our beautifully designed properties and highlighting the benefits of local community life, to supporting customers through their decision-making and move-in process, this role is all about creating a personal, memorable and seamless experience.
You'll act as the first point of contact for customers, building lasting connections, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and helping to bring our brand values and legacy to life at every stage of the customer journey.

* Industry knowledge of property development ideal
* Customer service & sales experience
* Local knowledge essential
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
* Proven successful background in a customer focused environment
* Willing to work across Pye/Blenheim Estates sites across Oxfordshire
