Overview
We are looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our Llandudno Poundbakery shop.
Responsibilities
* Support the Shop Manager in managing day‑to‑day shop operations.
* Drive sales growth.
* Train, develop and motivate your team.
* Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance.
* Take responsibility for the shop in the absence of the Manager.
Qualifications
* Background in retail management.
* Experience in a food environment is desirable but not essential.
* Strong work ethic and a hands‑on “can do” mentality.
