Job Details

1. Job role: Finance Business Partner (Interim): Bristol
2. Contract length: Initially 3 months (October-December 2025)
3. Purpose: Align financial insights with business strategy and drive organisational success
4. Reports to: Head of Finance - Region
5. Location: Based in Bristol - 5 days in the office
6. Rate: £300-£500 per day (experience, pay type & qualification dependent)
7. Essential: Hotel/Hospitality experience within a finance team/ role


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
Knowledge / Skills

8. Strong understanding of the hospitality and hotel industry, including revenue streams (rooms, F&B, events), cost structures, and KPIs ( RevPAR, ADR, occupancy).
9. Good system knowledge and excellent modelling skills (Excel, Business Modelling tools, NetSuite, MEWs, Opera or equivalent systems)
10. Strong business acumen, commercial thought and data-led problem-solving.
11. Autonomous, adaptable and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
12. Excellent attention to detail and an organised logical approach are essential.
13. Ability to build strong relationships with other functions in the business to enable the successful delivery of business processes
14. Be hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves and solve problems when needed.

Experience / Qualifications

15. Hospitality experience - previous work within multi-site hotel companies or equivalent
16. Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
17. Good understanding of operational finance and business partnering, having dealt with different cross-cultural stakeholders and management team
