The Pharmacotherapy Service in Forth Valley is expanding, undertaking new roles within GP practices aligned with the vision of Achieving Excellence in Pharmaceutical Care. This position will be based in GP practices to enhance pharmaceutical care capacity, making you an integral member of the GP team.
The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills and be able to work with clinical and non-clinical personnel as core members of practice teams. They will liaise with hospital, community pharmacy, and care home colleagues to ensure seamless pharmaceutical care.
You must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council before applying. Applications are welcome from newly qualified technicians.
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the service area are essential.
The successful candidate must be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. More information is available at [insert link or reference].
