Job Title: Creative/Artistic Youth Worker
Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a primary school in North Somerset seeking a candidate with a strong Creative/Arts background.
The school employs a creative teaching approach, utilizing sensory strategies to offer an individualised curriculum in a calm and purposeful environment. Some pupils have additional needs, requiring you to work 1:1 and in small groups. You should be adaptable, proactive, and positive. Your creative background in arts, sensory therapy, drama, or related fields will enable you to support SEND pupils with diverse needs and emotions, fostering engagement, confidence, and positive learning experiences.
