What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and developing a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
* Taking responsibility for the planning, review, and delivery of audit assignments.
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, offering clear advice and building strong professional relationships.
* Supporting business development activity, including tendering for new work and identifying opportunities within the existing client base.
* Mentoring and developing junior team members, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture.
* Collaborating with Senior Leadership on strategic initiatives and quality assurance.
What we’re looking for:
* A professionally Qualified Accountant (CA or ACCA).
* Proven experience managing audit assignments and client relationships.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
* A commercial outlook and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
