We're looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help oversee all F&B operations across our hotel. From breakfast service to banqueting dinners, you'll ensure every detail is perfect and every guest leaves delighted.
- Support the F&B Manager in running all F&B departments: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, and events.
- Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence.
- Lead and inspire the food & beverage team across restaurant, bar, and events operations.
- Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
- Coach and develop the team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards.
- Monitor budgets, stock control, and labor costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions. You'll have proven experience managing in high‑end hospitality in a management role and are a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service. A calm, confident and solutions‑focused attitude is essential, even when pressure is high.
