Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented International Social Media Creator/Coordinator to support organic social media strategy for an international non-profit brand.

With the expertise of marketing and communication you will help Qisetna in the delivery of arts presentations, education, and civic engagement programming to expand the knowledge of the general public about Syrians.
What are we looking for?
Required
* Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Applications
* Experience with marketing via social media platforms and traditional media
* Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp, specifically knowledge of HTML & CSS
* Comfort with engaging and communicating to diverse constituencies
* Interests in the arts, music, performance, or education
What will you be doing?
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and all major platforms, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for storytelling, social values and communities. A key aspect of this role involves hands-on content creation, including filming and producing engaging organic social content tailored to each platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation & Production: Plan, film, and produce high-quality organic social content, including short-form videos and visual assets, aligned with brand guidelines and platform trends. Comfortable with appearing in social content and experience of working with recipes and food is a plus.
* Team Support: Assist the International Social Media Manager with day-to-day organisation, including content calendars, asset sourcing, content brainstorming, scheduling posts and performance reporting.
* Content Coordination: Draft post-copy and in-asset text, prepare briefs for creative assets, and help coordinate content delivery across teams and markets.
* Scheduling & Publishing: Publish and schedule content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Performance Tracking: Support monthly reporting by gathering performance data, highlighting key trends, and contributing ideas for improvement.
* Localization: Work with local teams and translation partners to ensure content is accurate and culturally relevant.
* Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with platform trends and best practices, particularly in the health and wellness space.
