AIBODY is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tech Writer / Business Analyst to maintain and continually improve our infrastructure. You will be part of a multidisciplinary, highly skilled, and dedicated team, collaborating with software engineers, AI researchers, designers and medical professionals.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to define, analyze, and clarify business requirements, identify root causes, and propose well-reasoned, practical solutions.
* Translate business needs into clear, structured, and technically feasible tasks for the development team.
* Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including requirements specifications, user manuals, feature descriptions, and process flows.
* Ensure a well-organized and transparent documentation structure.
* Participate in refinement sessions and reviews with developers and tech leads to clarify ambiguities, resolve contradictions, and update documentation based on feedback.
* Cooperate with QA engineers to assist in test case preparation and product validation.
* Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, project management) to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle.
* Actively contribute to a supportive, friendly, and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
* 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Writer in a software development environment.
* Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable items.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Familiarity with software architecture, data flows, and API documentation.
* Experience with Jira and Microsoft 365 tools.
* Familiar with UML and BPMN modelling standards.
* Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
* Team-oriented, proactive, supportive, and open to collaboration and feedback.
Would be a plus
Educational background in medicine or clinical sciences (e.g., MD, RN, or a degree in physiology, pharmacy, or other healthcare-related fields).
