Some of your duties will include:
* - Providing all-round administrative support in a busy sales office
* - Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries
* - Providing information and guidance to clients on services provided
* - Coordinating appointments for Surveyors to complete assessments
* - Collating Surveyor plans and producing detailed quotations for clients
* - Following up on quotations to establish clients' interest and managing orders received
